The team has the uncanny ability of bordering on the periphery of unorthodox and rustic cooking to high end fine dining. Whats appealing is the ease of Solinas execution methods and the reawakening of processes we are are fimiliar with but have left behind due to us curiously implementing more Continental methods of cooking. The methods used here are timeless, basic but beautifully executed and the final product will definitely match or beat anything presented by top chefs. The quality of the presentation yet again presents a visual culinary carnival and I can without a doubt assume that the taste of the presentation is a palate joyride. U have done a wonderful job2 things I must share with you 1 wear gloves it’s the best thing to do ever. 2 I had bribed my turkey and smoked it (well 4 of them at 1 time) on a yoder1500 . I had used a sage butter compound. Next time I’ll try your recipe. Regardless of which compound was used my turkey was so so tender

Thank you so much 😊 I’m cooking for my family & therefore I don’t wear gloves. I wash my hands contently & feel that usually with gloves there’s more cross contamination especially with meat recipes etc Sage butter sounds awesome. I hope you like my recipe.
