Lucky you with this property .I was in one property and asked to drop the price-25k because there was too much to do, and the ventor said no property was already 4 months on the market . good video with a good team. See you tomorrow

This is completely Incorrect! A 6m extension for a semi detached or terraced house comes under the prior notification larger home extension application. The neighbour can object and if they do the council will refuse the application. The application isn’t a notice out of courtesy it’s an application for neighbourhood consultation and they have a right to object and if they do the council will refuse the application.

@@h3stevenyes they will, and have done on hundreds if not thousands of applications across the country. If the neighbour or neighbours don’t object, they will approve. If a neighbour objects the default position is to refuse it. If the neighbour objects for example because of light they will refuse it on their adopted 45 degree code. I can refer you to examples where they have. Unfortunately you are giving the wrong advice.

​@@h3steven furthermore Steve, with the permitted development extensions of 3m for terraced and semi detached houses and 4m for detached, I would advise getting a proposed lawful development certificate. Not necessary but good to have if needed.
