I like the bad drug deals when the plaintiff hollers 'he ripped me off'...OMG, really 🤣. No word of a lie...there was a guy with a sign on his house, 'drugs for sale'. A cop thought, 'he can't possibly mean what I think he means 🤔'...so he pulled up to the house, knocked on the door and asked the home owner what the sign meant. OMG...the burned out guy said he had little bags of heroine for sale. I was working for a lawyer and the next day when he came in...he couldn't stop laughing. Guess who his new client was 😂?

No no no there was one where a lady filed a suit for 11 bucks for a drink because she met this guy on a date and he forgot his wallet so she had to pay. Her argument was he asked her out and she ended up having to pay. It was hilarious and nuts at the same time. It’s an old episode tho.

Honestly i think it was more how the friend reacted when he won; not for nothing but if i took money from someone to gamble and i win a sum of money… id definitely give them a portion. The reason not to return the 11 is because he used it to gamble on his behalf and the money was lost in the solt machine. There was no reason to give him anything. However, in my opinion he should've taken his friend out for drinks on account of his good fortune.

That is a ridiculous false equivalency.... The $1 was given with no strings attached. The $11 was given to gamble. There was no way to prove if the $11 was used to win the jackpot.....but there's no way to prove it wasn't. And the defendant is a bullshiter...the casinos take 24% of the winnings which is $1200, not $1700 I think the defendant should have just given him $100.....I believe he commingled the money; but it's impossible to prove.

Our society has truly gone down the toilet! Not one person, not even the judge, asked the plaintiff (i.e. dolt) if he even tried to find out who lost the $11. It's not a lot of money, but it would show that he has some morals or character. To just find $11 at a gym and think "wow I'm lucky" is incredibly stupid.
