Judge Milian does NOT play around with distracted driving. You know how at the end of each case there are big red letters that say “DON’T TEXT AND DRIVE”? It’s because one of her staff members lost their child due to a distracted driver. So she plays NO GAMES with that.

It's literally my BIGGEST pet peeve. The number of people I see texting while driving is so unbelievable. What's crazier than that, is most of the people I see on their phones while driving are EMPLOYEES - example : Dell, Rogers, Bell, taxi drivers, etc. Disgusting.

The defendant needs to take a leadership and management class. His attitude will cost him a lot of money. Employees will quit, as wee see here, and potential clients will reject service. And ultimately, sponsors will not do business. The defendant have a business that could grow. But that attitude will be the reason it dies. And that my friend is a true example of failure. I also did guest spots on local radio and held free workshops at a senior home and library.) It only takes ONE client for it all to turn around. HANG IN THERE! The primary problems I see with employment companies is a lack of policy. Many companies (including supervisors) fail to operate professionally because of a practice opposed to a policy. The plus about Policy over Practice is the fact that when things fall apart, Policy allows you to recover whereas a Practice operates as a hearsay or a folktale and no recovery, just more FAQs.

The judge is always asking questions about something that happened that has nothing to do with the case. Such as, did he pull over to text or talk
