I love this guy's channel. He's professional, but you can tell he's tired of the dumb shit people say in the fitness world.

I instruct Military personnel in most cases large commands of 60-80 sailors, analogies are THE most efficient effective way of communicating an objective as it relates to movement, mechanics and speed...Each movement has many parts or as I call them " variables" our objective is to execute those variables simultaneously into one " constant" to maximize our efficiency and effectiveness. Once we can achieve this then we can add speed or "increased velocity" to these movements without compromising the mechanics. I really like this guy!! thirty years I have in this business , He is the only one I would listen at any length to....And he doesn't educate you with his shirt off..imagine that.Thank you sie, enjoy and use your presentations often.

he speaks like someone who's totally exhausted realizing 95% of the people he talks too just can't get what he's saying I think is a general lack of intelligence... and I do not mean MIT intelligence, I mean be able to doubt about yourself and your ideas, be open to other people's ideas....and that is definitelly intelligence

Good analogy, but it lacks of real examples and I think that you're kind of blending 2 scenarios : people who compensate with heavy weights in a possible bad posture and average joe talking with light weights while curling. a) whenever a guy curls while talking with light weights, he's not hurting himself, he's just doing an easy task that won't help him that much. But that's it. b) Yes you can hurt yourself, but I think this exagerates the situation for the average guy in the gym. I think this video is good, but it would be better if implemented with a new video more targeted to real situations.
