Knew this video was coming sooner or later. Glad to see it finally here. The approach of movement away from generality and towards specificity in regards to workout plans was a great way to begin the critique on the topic

I agree with most of the things I call absolute truths, but I don't agree with the confusion between bad coatches and "Crossfit"!! & I got say I love your squat models and videos!!
