Please tell us you are safe home in Australia and not stuck in Peru? I suppose there is worse places to be stuck but I did see on the news last week as special flight to get Australians out of Peru, and in the back of my mind was wondering if you were on that flight... good to have you back and can't wait for the new series,

In this pandemic that is affecting the entire world a safe place in relative. Currently there are 5,895 cases of Covid-19 downunder. If we consider that Australia is a country with a population of 24,600,000 and Peru has a population of 33,000,000, the cases of coronavirus in Peru should be of 7,907 however as of now the South American country reports having only 2,562 cases. I live in Connecticut, about 1 1/2 drive from New York City but I wish I was in Peru.

Thank you so much Sebastian! I can't wait to share my trip with you :) To respond to your questions about the dish that represents Peruvian cuisine the most, it would have to be Ceviche for sure! I've got a Classic Ceviche recipe on my channel. A dish for a family feast would have to be the Aji de Gallina (also got a recipe for it). It's a cheap, easy and delicious meal to cook for an entire family!!
