He was comprehensively fired by the American people the last time, and his base has dwindled in numbers since then. His support is in the minority. It has always been in the minority. If people get out and vote in the numbers like 2020, Trump will lose by an even bigger margin than the big margin he lost by then. I actually think that the Harris/Vance ticket might hit the 85m mark .

You should google her platform to see for yourself. One of the main issues is funding for social programs, right? She wants to tax the wealthy and their very profitable corporations so we can have all the good programs other countries have for their needy citizens. Even better, because we are the greatest and richest country in the world, right? Plus, that's the Christian thing to do as well, according to Jesus Christ and the Bible. So vote blue, so we can change our laws for the better. Rather than do nothing about, or causing problems in order to play a lazy, do nothing blame game...

There are many different organizations that cover those issues in different niches and locations, there isn't one centralized group for the entire issue. And even if you look at big organizations that split into local chapters or regions, something like ASPCA or RAINN, you can find small donor fundraising drives where they do raise a ton of money. There'd also be big money donations that aren't reported the same way. Harris/Walz campaign is national, there's only the one, and it is a short-lived project. They aren't really the same thing at all. Also there's the hope with political campaigns that if the nominee wins they will affect the legal/financial landscape so the work of charity organizations is easier and more effective. Long-term vs short-term solutions.
