@justinwill11635 ай бұрын
I’m so tired of hearing this nonsense. There’s been decades of genetic modification to the food we eat, both meat and produce. The nutrition content of anything today is different from 60 years ago. Supplementation is almost necessary at this point unless you eat a ridiculously well rounded diet of ACTUAL organic food which most cannot afford. Sleep quality is impacted for example because so many of us don’t even get certain nutrients that contribute to endogenous melatonin production and various other substances that help with sleep. Food quality is arguably frickin horrible in this day and age. Move to Europe? It’d be a different story. But America wants no one healthy. We used to get naturally occurring cannibinoids in milk because they were in grass and cows passed it on in their milk. Now they’ve removed it from the grass and they sell it back to us as CBD products. Supplements are very good. Stop preaching this bullshit like if people can’t benefit from taking supps.
