Hey Derek, I thought you said minoxidil gains are lost after coming off?
@PaulMatteson-u4cСағат бұрын
If you do actual research the reason they call it the limitless drug is because everyone thinks Adderall is a great study drug because it keeps you awake. But the actual truth is that yes ifbyou stay awake you can study more but adderall actually does not interact with the memory receptors in your brain!!! Now Provigil aka Modafinil keeps you awake but interacts with lots of receptors and one of them being the memory receptor!!!! Reasons why it is known too make it the limitless drug. You wanna learn something and actually intake the information drop the adderall and pick up the Provigil!!!

If on TRT or cycle, do you need to decide if the anabolic effects are more important or hair regrowth as finasteride will reduce AAS effect and AAS will work against finasteride for hair loss? In other words no point doing both?
@richieb76026 сағат бұрын
What about if non (minimal) responder with minox and derma roller (0.5 twice a week) for 2 years? No hope? Or maybe as i wasnt using finasteride and was using test and primo that it was kinda worthless?
@joshua.johnson10 сағат бұрын
So, what Derek is saying in this video is that he went back on finasteride, which doesn’t wipe out dht levels, and still noticed that the Creatine didn’t affect his dht levels? If so, this at least means that you’re protected if you take a 5ar inhibitor. I still cannot say at all about in general. As in, for those who don’t take a 5ari, but do take Creatine. This is all so interesting and it’s actually quite annoying that we still don’t have a clear cut “yes/no” answer in this.
@joshua.johnson10 сағат бұрын
So does Dutasteride not pass the blood-brain barrier? I see so much debate on this. Because Dutasteride inhibits the type I 5ar isoenzyme which plays a role in producing certain neurotransmitters. I figured if Derek takes it, then he must think it’s safe, but I’m conflicted on everything I see. Finasteride looks as thought it couldn’t cause neurological side effects because it pretty much just has a role on the type II 5ar enzyme which isn’t used in the brain. There’s so much conflicting stuff to weed through.

a good demonstration is you can look back via pictures in the 60-and 70's and see guys like arnold on a off cycle, drop way down in weight, running and swimming at the beach, looking all healthy and fit, now you can see video of a modern day bodybuilder with a truck load of food in his cart at the market, and is winded just trying to talk. The sport now attracts full blown drug addicts hiding behind big muscles. Hence all the early deaths. The new guys should check out pictures like a 75 year old super robust and healthy charles atlas handing out at the beach. No comparison.

@ronfender810117 сағат бұрын
Why nobody talks straight about this is strange. We live in a society that wants fast and easy results. So you have all these teenagers and young adults in there 20's taking the easy route juiced out of there minds. I was a trainer at golds gym from 1987 to 1992 and except for the pro body builders , the vast majority of other weight lifters were on no gear. Why would that be? And even the pros would cycle off and on drugs. Thats why its called " a cycle". Why ? heres the big difference between most of the history of bodybuilding an today. The sport used to attract health and fitness conscious people that were looking to lead a long healthy life. Today the industry seems to overwhelmingly attract " DRUG ADDICTS" just taking the weightlifting route. There addicted to overeating, and every drug in the book, with being healthy last on the list of importance. This is really obvious by all the early death but nobody talks straight these days about anything therefore it will just continue to get worse.

What if Mike is natural? PS. I have a buddy who lived and trained with Mike in the late '80s/early 90s. There was NO gear in Mike's apt. None! He actually searched so many times...he admitted it because he thinks Mike is just natural AF! It's like that poor guy I saw in Barbados in the early '90s. MoFo was jacked and has NEVER been to a gym. More jacked than me after decades of gear! Like WTF???!!!

Injecting things to promote muscle growth plus a ton of food will give the muscles in your intestines quite a workout, and if will reverse some when you have a normal normal diet and hormonal levels. The fat around the organs will also become more normally sized once they are not overusing insulin, some organs growth can't really be undone though.

The really strange thing is bodybuilding and lifting in general used to attract health minded people, and even the ones that used, used to cycle off and on, thats why its called a cycle. Seems now a days that the industry basically attracts drug addicts.

Most people’s problem is synthetic food and unnecessary cooking additionals. You don’t need to cook with oils or butters. Just cook 93 ground beef and cook the rest of your stuff in the beef fat. It’s ALREADY been accounted for. You need to eat Whole Foods. Stop the food-substitutes that have zero volume but unlimited calories. You don’t need insane variety and recipes. Eat some ground beef, eat some broccoli, eat some potatoes, eat fruit. All that shit tastes good with some seasonings or little cheese and Greek yogurt toppings. But it’s all whole food!! Come on people. I swear this stuff is not difficult. Lean ruminant animals are a massive key to making sure you aren’t feeling that strong hunger pain.
