I see this a lot in ads on these dragon's den KZbin videos. It'll show some woman going "see how I started my own business by reselling products on amazon and how you can do it too". That's not a business. That's just helping someone else's business. It's barely a step up from pyramid schemes like Younique. Having Intellectual property on this would seem to be almost impossible. It's a smartwatch with limitations. She keeps saying, it doesn't have access to the internet. However, you require an app on your phone which requires internet access to track everybody. I wouldn't trust this thing at all. It has nothing to do with impressing them, it's to get more money. If your company is wrongly valued at 2 million instead of one, an investment of 100K will get a dragon only 5%, instead of 10% of your business.

2 million for WHAT. It's a product that has been out there for a while. She owns no IP (intellectual property), owns no rights and all she is doing is operating an agency operation in selling the watches and thinks her company is worth 2 mill.
