It's always interesting to watch these committee meetings. They seem to happen often, yet SK never seems able to answer any questions. As Mayor, why doesn't he know what's happening in the office he's the head of? I appreciate he employs others to do the day to day, but surely they brief him as to what's going on, especially in time for when he has to report to the City Hall committee? It's almost like he's deliberately trying to hide something or is grossly incompetent. Neither of which should be tolerated.
