What a pleasant suprise today to see both you and Peter out and about and cooking on the alcohol Trangia. I have to admit that I am sorry that Peter went back to smoking. I can say that in all honesty as I am a former smoker myself, having smoked for 42 years. I quit smoking and drinking on Aug. 5, 2010 with the help or miracle from Jesus. I was hopelessely addicted to cigarettes and tried many different things over 3 decades to quit to no avail. I received the faith of a mustard seed from The Lord one afternoon, and bowed my head in prayer and asked Jesus to take away my addictions knowing that He could. He did immediately and I knew it. It was a miracle. I told my wife when she came home from work and she paid little mind to it as I had quit many times before. The money that I saved in about a four year period of time made it possible for me to buy a new Chevy 4x4 truck (base model) for cash for the first time in my life. Please let Peter know that he is in my thoughts and prayer's as well as yourself. Take care and may God bless you both. Ken

Very funny & entertaining byplay between you two, I really enjoyed it. When I got my Trangia 25 last year I swear in the videos your Trangia 27 looked almost twice as big as my 25. Certainly backs up what Peter was saying about the portion sizes not showing realistically through the camera. Let's hope Peter can kick the cigs for good somewhere down the track, his taste buds would work even better without them :-0 Anyway it's good too see you both out & about making videos again, & with the spatula again too boot. You juggled the two pans with ease, keep up the great work and let Peter know his pink plate really highlights and compliments the blue of his jumper & jeans :-)

Good for you Paul and Peter , the more vegetarian food the better for you, the planet and not to mention the animals. lol Vegetarianism is the healthiest way to eat with good cooks at an advantage in knowing how to cook with flavor . People fail at Vegetarianism because they go cold turkey. In fact you achieve vegetarianism in stages. First you eliminate pork and red meat , then chicken, by the final stage you eat only fish . Each stage can take weeks or months but by its completion you won't feel put upon becoming a vegetarian.
