ez red has a crimper that you can use a cordless 3/8 impact so you dont have to use a solid base and hammer. at the shop we all love it, amazon has a solar panel that is pretty cheap to keep the batteries charged, they are working on my pickup and lawn mower, can you just imagine being the person that had to listen to that fan all day while driving.

Back in the day there was an oversized external coolant heater I had on a timer that if still available would be just right for Rhonda. As a side note once Cummins came out with update pistons the truck was a lot easier to cold start.

Hi James, those old Cummins don’t really like the cold temps. But too Rhonda does need a little fixing on the engine yet so that may make it better. I wonder does she even have a block heater? My last truck was a Georgia truck it didn’t have one course I had to add one cause Michigan is too cold to not have one. Did you remember to shrink tube the cables there or did I miss it. Hey mate, just looking at the front end there, would it useful to fit a front mounted winch to give her an extra capability? Might it mean you could drag stuff out of ditches for instance without having to reverse in if Access to a job is awkward. Just a thought. Ya I really haven’t started spending money on it yet. Mainly just cleaning and greasing. A few hundred dollars on hoses and fitting. But it’s coming. She needs brakes and wheels seals and likely bearings and quite I few more air hoses and fuel stuff. But it shouldn’t be horrible.
