The Beatles were the best band ever. I still love listening to them six decades later as I grew up with the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and the Sixties British Invasion. So many happy memories and nostalgia every time I listen to their great lyrics. The more I listen to Beatles' music the more I am amazed at their incredible talent. Definitely the best and most influential band in history. I'm so grateful I grew up listening to the Beatles!! We were blessed to be part of history of pop/rock music! I felt so lucky to see them lie and I’ll remember it forever as a matter of fact when they left the baseball field, they played right at second base and I was between third base and the coaches box they came through that entranceway to leave the field and I got to shake their hands cause I was that’s why I was sitting And I couldn’t believe it. They're the ones that started it all - - - -- in 1963, just after JFK was shot. There was already a trans-Atlantic "Buzz" about them, and then when they made that first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show they became instantly famous that night. They were the ones who really set off the Rock revolution. What they did was to separate the "Rock" from the "Roll". This was Rock music that you DIDN"T dance to. You listened to it. You appreciated it. The early Beatles made everyone sit up and take notice. But in 3 short years with "Revolver" and "Rubber Soul" they started experimenting, going off in new musical directions with great success, culminating with their masterpiece "Sgt. Peppers" in 1968. They were really the inspiration that so many other groups who came after them cited. But this was the Beatles when everything was still new and even in 2024, at 71 their music sounds as fresh to me as if it was just released yesterday. Woodstock, the Hippie generation, the Swinging 60s - you can trace the beginnings back to the. These are the guys responsible for all of it. Thank you Beatles.

I remember how sad and depressing it was in late 63 after JFK was assassinated. Then the Beatles came along and they cheered up my 14 year old self and the country in general. The 60s turned out to be a great time to be young largely due to these lads from Liverpool. I will always love them and for me, nobody else can touch them.

Their chemistry and capacity to inspire and influence musicians and appreciators of music alike are incomperable! True Alchemy. Lightning From A Clear Blue Sky!

Without Ringo, they'd have never made it. I wish him luck with his All Starr band.

They really were like the perfect chemical reaction. Each of them made individual contributions, and as a group, became a dynamo.
