Yes, there is an internationally renowned university called after the first president of Kazakhstan - Nursultan Nazarbayev. The university is very good, all facilities are new, and most importantly, it has some scholarships available for international students, which are not very competitive. The name of the uni - Nazarbayev University. Hope that helps.😊
