Yes, it is frequently cited that people with dwarfism are 4’10” and under. That is actually only a guideline and not a hard rule. There is no legal classification for dwarfism. Imrecommend Chicos if younare in the USA...they have great pants and jeans for petite! ALl my pants and jeans are from their...they use different sizing US 8 is a size 1 for example. Once you get your size right they always fit. I order end of season when 90. Pants are 30. US. If you are young skip,their tops and dresses...made for women withna wider middle secgion ie midd,e aged....if you have super skinny legs for your clothes size skip the pants and jeans...they fit women with shape best...I dont mean that a size 0 ie a US 4 to 6 is for fat legs but not sticks either!

You definitely ticked all the boxes! I am 69 years old, 4’10” and have a mature build (a bit curvy). I apply all of these tips! I absolutely love my maxi, midi, and mini dresses and wear them quite frequently. I especially love to pair them, in cooler months with Doc Marten’s and a men’s jacket for a bit of an edgy look. I avoid boxy structures in jackets and blazers and always choose ones that curve in a bit in the sides to help define my waist. Most of my tops have the neckline you featured or are off shoulder. I never wear crew neck tops as they are completely unflattering to the neck area and over emphasize my large bust. I have finally eliminated all of those long tunic style tops that I use to think were appropriate to hide my larger stomach section, which only made me look shorter and wider. I, most often wear crop tops as I am quite short waisted as well. I have also embraced the use of shape wear to help smooth out those lumps and bumps that come with aging and with high waisted pants, I don’t have to worry about exposing any skin around my midriff section. All of your tips are on target…great video!!!

Don’t forget learning your measurements helps in clothes selection. Knowing Inseam (legs- measure crotch to ankle helps know how long item lays on your body. Buy petite cut smaller- some ASOS brands have 5’ 2 extra petite. Close to body not right works. Helps not look 10. One tip buy well made clothes so read label. If clothes have lots stretch it looks cheap buy better just less.
