I am 63 yes old and disabled. I have a severely deformed right ankle that I cannot walk on. I knew I needed to exercise but so challenging to find exercises I could do. I just completed your entire workout and feel GREAT! Thank so much for your program. I'll be doing it everyday from here on.

I never thought a chair workout could be so challenging. I’m impressed! I like the fact this doesn’t put strain on my knees, yet gets me moving and using muscles I generally don’t in a day. Thank you!

I’m not fifty or anywhere near it (15), but I am in recovery for anorexia. Due to the disorder I get dizzy and faint with any small movements, but I’m still determined to work out. These types of workouts are so perfect. Thank you. update: since people keep interacting with this, i figured i’d just do a little update. It’s not the update i wish to admit though. I’m out of recovery and im far worse than i was before. im not happy and i can’t even look at myself without sobbing. i have all the options to get help, i just don’t want it. im almost 16 and im dealing with things no one should ever deal with. this video still continues to help me with my workout needs as most of the time im laying in a bed or sleeping. thank you

Good for you that you are taking your life and your health back. You are an inspiration for others! Please be gentle to yourself. Anorexia took all your muscles away, so don't overdo. i’m a 19 year old and this is my first day on this exercise !!! my entire body and abdominal muscles are so sore but it’s a good sore feeling !!! this lets me know that i’ve put a great amount of effort !! very exited to continue with this exercise

I work from home and am often in meetings back2back, and I don't get enough movement throughout the day. This chair workout was just done while at my desk. I absolutely LOVE it! And I feel so much better than I did 10-15 mins ago. Thank you. You are awesome! Keep the videos coming.❤️❤️❤️

Good morning. I am dr Datta Bhat. My heath coach Madhura R Mehata shred this video and advise the workout. I m doing I'm the mornig. I m very much benefited by this exercise and also getting perspiration rather more than heavy exercises. I hd been Undergone Open heart surgery in August 23. But I m very comfortable with this exercise. Thank you very much Madam I m doing all 15 exercises with video. But I want to ask you whether can I change the sequence of exercise eg. Widening of legs and arms can be done after 2nd work out? And touching toe after touching knee/ leg exercise. So that I may able to remind the exercise without video. Pl advise. Awaiting reply. Pl sdvise

I am 57 and extremely out of shape and overweight. I have back problems. But I just did this workout and I FEEL SOOOO GOOD! I DONT MIND THE MUSIC ANYMORE, ITS FINE. I also want to do your stretching exercises as well. Maybe I will start doing it before this workout. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND YOU! THIS IS LIFE CHANGING FOR ME

I've been doing this workout every day for two weeks and the 15 min walking workout. Amazing. I can notice so much difference in that short time. My waist is back, my stomach is flatter and my arms stronger. Brilliant. I've passed it on to so many people as well.

@@nygal6288 I've always had a big stomach even a a teenager. I look about 6 months pregnant and it' feels quite hard. It's not gone completely but it's smaller and softer now so I can hold it in and it's not flat but smaller. I was cutting my food portions down as well which helped, I didn't diet I just ate less at mealtimes. I do both exercises everyday and my clothes feel and look better on me now. I stopped doing them during the winter and I did put a lot back on so I started again last week and already I'm seeing a difference so it definitely works for me. Keep going and good luck.

I love this 15 minute exercise - I do it right after the 5 minute stretch and it makes me feel like I have really done something worthwhile without having to spend a lot of time

I did the 15 minute fat burner first followed by this seated Belly Fat. I was off exercising for almost a month due to trigger finger surgery recovery, But now I am again doing your Fab 50 videos + my home PT. You have so much positive energy -- its a great motivator. I am 74 and have shoulder, hip, hamstring, and lower back injuries and had lots of pain, from years of skiing and other sports, but after over a year in PT, I can do your videos and love them. Still doing PT for my shoulder. This is a great ab and core workout. I can do this workout and strengthen my core without irritating my pain areas. Thanks!!🥰 Love seeing your cat and your dog in your videos. -- so fun. I found your videos because I searched for walking indoor exercise. Had no idea I would find so many awesome workouts.

I’ve just recently found you, and this is such a breath of fresh air... I just turned 54 a month ago and as much as I hate to admit it, I just can’t keep up with all the young girls out there when it comes to exercise. So glad I found you, Schellea, and your series of workouts. I used to exercise and jog 7 days a week when younger, but have slacked off over the past 10 years. Now that I am 70 and found myself several pounds heavier, I felt it was time to do something. Your exercises are doable, yet challenging. After working out with a couple of your videos I was perspiring....in a good way. When I first started, I didn't think they would be very effective, but I felt it a couple of days later. Thank you so much giving me an exercise my poor old body can do. I actually surprised myself that I have this much energy. Your a Godsend.

This is the first of your videos that I started with and I got such great results that I’ve stuck with you for over two years - I exercise with you everyday and the transformation to this 77 yr old body has been amazing, not to mention what it has done for my self esteem- I look and feel years younger- thank you so much - I was so depressed and now I have my life back thanks to you- I come back to this first exercise at least every couple weeks to keep my abs in shape!

This was one of my first exercises of yours that I tried a year and a half ago when I was completely out of shape- I always come back to it because I know it was the best most effective ab exercise I had ever done. Now I am fit and fabulous at 77 . Thank you Shellea for all your wonderful videos that are keeping me in shape- I also lost 12 pounds in the first 6 months and have kept it off!

I love this chair workout. It uses the muscles in the entire body; while focusing on the core. It definitely gets your heart rate up and I am excited about this and other workouts you will develop. It is great to have an open mind about exercises. I used to be totally bummed when I could not do certain exercises due to health issues. But with the multitude of exercises that are now on U Tube, there are no more excuses.

Hi, I just turned 70 and I walk 1 hour a day and do chair yoga. I felt I needed some aerobic exercises though to become stronger and energized. Then I found your KZbin videos and I’m really enjoying them, even my overall mood has been better because of it. Thank you so much for showing us that exercising can be fun!!!

Hi, I'm a woman of 54 with joint pain, fatigue & fibromyalgia, I have started to give up on exercise, as I have to much joint pain from the impact of the most simple standing exercise, but i thought I'd give your chair exercise a try, and was very surprised how challenging and exhausting these exercises were, just shows how unfit I am, my heart rate went up and I had a little sweat on, so i could feel them challenging me, but the best thing about these exercises, there was no knee or ankle pain, that is what usually makes me give up, so I'm so grateful for your program, and hopefully when I feel fitter doing these chair exercises, I will be able to try some of your other exercise programs. Many thanks for putting me on my new exercise journey.

Not only do u inspire encourage us to be fit and healthy how to flatter our body shape showing us what not to wear, make a point of teaching excersises for those who are fit never excersised before or disabled. At last found a no nuisance video, who has a calming voice and does not shout or just talk and talk. At 74 have to keep fit so will stick with nearly all your fabulous 50s I hope. Thank you

Im 59 and have had both knee surgeries. My older sister while I was on vacation in her home, had me work out with her. I promised her I would keep it up when I get home. Today is day one on my own. Thanks to you and my sister Jeanne!

I am so thrilled to have found your channel. I'm a very young 54 year old but due to major surgery last year, I have ZERO fitness or flexibility. It also doesn't help that I'm a freelance writer who spends up to 12 hours a day at her desk. I thought this chair routine would be easy, which it kinda was, but damn did I feel the burn. I'm planning on doing your chair routines whenever I have 5 - 10 minutes of downtime. Thanks a bunch, Schellea!!

I'm only 30 years old, but illness has left me very restricted as far as fitness and exercise goes, and I just wanted to tell you that this is such an incredible video. Not only do I feel like I've had a workout (I'm sweating!), but I feel better about myself. You have such a kind and supportive demeanour and what really hit home for me was when you said to say three things that I'm proud of about myself out loud. I realized I don't often say things like that out loud and you really put a smile on my face. Thank you so much and I can't wait to do this workout again, and lots of the other awesome workouts on your channel. Please know that I was having a really bad day and you just brightened it up so much!

These workouts don't look like much but they help train the muscles. My back muscles need to be trained. A couple of years ago I could do all the machines at the gym. When I do these exercises, especially the twisting ones, I can tell my muscles are simply out of shape and need to be strengthened. And when trying exercises like these I know there were muscles that I did not train with the other exercises. Tons of different muscles that need to be trained with different exercises.

I’m in my 40s and I love your workouts! I tend to hurt myself with a lot of other ways unless a trainer is there to help me see I’m doing it incorrectly and yours are so helpful for at home!

I'm a beginner chair exerciser. In my third week of getting stronger and in better health. This was my first video of yours I've tried. And I have to say that after this video I went out and walked at a medium rate for first time ever. I usually do low impact walking! So Thank you!!!

Iv’e had 4 hip replacement since I was 12 years of age, I was 6 months in Hospital , 12 Months on crutches and a year on an iron caliper, I never had physiotherapy after that so therefore my left hip is and leg got very stiff, I’ve had three hip replacement since followed by physiotherapy but never regained the strength on my left leg . I am trying to do your exercise but I can’t do all of them even sitting but there are still helping me a lot. Fantastic. I am so glad I found you channel Thank You very Much . Mairead

i am 56 and am dealing with knee injury, which i am scheduled for surgery in a month. I lost 45 pounds over the last year and i want to maintain. I can't go to the gym. I just turned 80 last weekend and have all sorts of mobility issues due to 3 serious back surgeries. Can barely walk any more but am so enthused about your lesson! Can’t wait to do more now!!

This is great! I'm 72, had heart surgery about 18 months ago. so things have been up & down.. Just wish you had it on DVD so I wouldn't have to keep turning to KZbin. Nice to have someone to follow along with. thank you! And like I said.. let us know if you ever add on dvds to try

I am so thankful for this and all your workouts. I am known to push to hard then not be able to move forward. I just turned 50 last year and your channel was just what I needed. I have had 7children and my core is not good not because of lack of doing anything but consistency. I am so thankful for these gentle but challenging workouts. This seated one was just what I needed it used my weakest core muscles. I also used weights for some of the arm parts which felt great. Again thank you for taking the time to do all of this!
