In this family recumbent trike vlog, we take you to Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad for a Sunday recumbent trike ride on our Steintrikes Wild One trikes and a Croozer Kid for 2 trailer.
As the autumn days are here, we are leaving our recumbent trike touring vlogs for the spring and beautiful weather, and rather opt for some shorter rides. In the meantime, we will introduce you to our city and its surroundings.

just added that fortress to the list of places to visit on my european tour when we are allowed to go and i have retired lol i love old castles and fortress, churches, ect adds instrest into any tour thanks for your videos specially like today which is cold and wet today

Thank you! We are from Serbia, and all our videos so far were filmed around here. At the moment it's winter and so the newer videos are from our city (Novi Sad) and its close proximity, but we also have some new touring and camping plans for the spring/summer 😊

I enjoy the videos and enjoyed seeing the owner of Steintrikes on the Laid Back Bike Report. Although he did not give your name I think he referred to your and your family in the report. Very nice. QUESTION - Maybe I am going blind (I am actually) but I do not see any safety devices on the rear of your trikes - like flags or lights. Do you feel safe riding on streets with cars?

Thank you very much for your comment! Yes, that was us Robert Stein was referring to on the LBBR 😊 To answer, you definitely see well, at this moment we don't have any good safety devices. We have some small flags, and unfortunately, the pole of one of them broke recently. On the other hand, for now, we actually do feel safe on the roads, people have been avoiding us in big turns when overtaking and we feel that we are getting noticed even as is. BUT, we do care about safety, and as we couldn't find any adequate flags locally, we asked Santa to bring us some nice flags for Christmas, but I guess due to the covid situation, his delivery is a bit late 🤔 I hope they will be ready soon, we will feel much better with them on! All the best from us!

At the moment there are again many cases, but at the time of the video the numbers were low. However, even when the numbers were at their highest, the masks were obligatory only indoors, as well as outdoors if you are in a crowded area where you can't maintain distance - so generally people don't wear them outdoors.
