Im 66 with arthritic issues, amazing he still has the flexibility to swing like this. Sam Snead was incredibly limber well into his sixties

Great flexibility, but Couples does struggle with his back. This was his first tournament since the Masters because of back problems.

try the carnivore diet and see if it helps with your arthritis . Did wonders for me .

God, I wish I could do that .. totally effortless. Notice the tees never move towards the end of the video where he tees up 3 balls at a time? He's hitting it absolutely perfect.

Tiger, Rory, and most modern day golfers have a very athletic swing, as where Fred has a very smooth swing. Has more of a vertical swing that I'll play all day long, vertical and smooth as ever. Has the best golf swing to date..

Its smooth indeed. And not much shoulder turn but rather a lot of arm swing. Actually not what is going to be taught nowadays. However he managed this move perfectly and hits pure shot after shot.

He’s talked recently about his “old man’s bag” - sadly he says his back is shot so it’s tough to swing irons like he used to - hope to see him nice and strong next April

Never broke a tee. Only took a divot when he wanted to. Very grooved swing and contact. Unachievable by any of us watching unless you are like 12 years old ans starting. But a thing to take away,,,, not so wide of foot stance, very relaxed and smooth stance and swing, 80-90% swing. Contact first. he still watches the ball on where he's going to strike it.

Fred Couples please go get a RING DINGER for your back. It will be fixed the same day no more pain no more stiffness hope you or someone you know sees this it is for real and will cure his back problems
