Have you had any problems with the larger zipper? I mean, the whole backpack weight is hanging by that zipper and it's only attached to the back lid instead of to the rest of the bag. That zipper is keeping it together.

The price difference between the OneMo and the OPeak design Everyday is huge here in New Zealand: around NZD$260 for the OneMo and around NZD$510-520 for the Peak Design Everyday 20L - that pretty much made purchasing the OneMo an easy decision. Little things like the RFID compartment are often overlooked but very practical, and like you, I really appreciate the versatility of the additional storage bag, especially as it fits my entire Osmo Pocket set up

Awesome reviews! Can you please suggest how good is the Peak design tripod compared to the iFootage TC5 tripod that you use?

It is completely different type of tripod. TC5 is proper heavy-duty tripod, PD tripod is very small and light, but with compromised functionality.

It says water-resistant but is truly water-resistant in terms of being in heavy rain? Looking for a bag for when I go camping and my current waterproof backpack is a bit of a pain to use but saves my gear.

How wide are the straps (the padded straps for carrying the backpack itself) on the OneMo? I have a peak design camera capture clip etc to mount on straps and if the straps are too wide then it is difficult to attach. If the straps are not padded enough then the camera "flops around" more than I like. Thanks for a good review 🙂

Posting this "catastrophic failure" review so that others might reconsider. I have to preface this review by saying that this has been a great pack since I bought it in August of 2020, and up until last week I would have given it 5 stars. HOWEVER, the main compartment zipper just separated and the pack is completely unusable since it can't close. Luckily it failed when I was opening it and it was laying down flat, and not when I was carrying it on my back! It's a weatherproof zipper that's welded and sewn, so can't be re-connected like a regular zipper. I filled out the online warranty repair form (including proof of purchase receipt) along with photos - they replied that they would not replace it and said I needed to take it to a tailor to replace the zipper, and then to send them the receipt for reimbursement. THIS IS NOT A ZIPPER THAT CAN BE EASILY REPAIRED BY A TAILOR, IF AT ALL. Super frustrated that they won't honor their (limited) lifetime warranty for a very critical component that's clearly defective. If you buy this pack, beware that your main compartment zipper may separate, which means everything inside will fall out - except your laptop. Just think about that risk for a minute before you put all your camera gear in this bag. It's a 5-star product and does have many great design features - as long as the zipper doesn't come apart - supported by 1-star customer service.

It would have been perfect if the front had more...pockety pockets? Like a typical backpack, rather than being flat and not terribly useful for carrying anything that doesn't fit neatly in the camera area.

It is a camera backpack, so it is designed to carry cameras...
