I put a bunch of miles on K 100's , and Pete, GMC, Ford, international Transtar both original and Transtar 2 , Freightliner. With everything from a 238 Detroit to a 350 Cummins. I'm just glad I'm retired (January 2022 ) is after nearly 44 years of driving. I miss the trucks but not the roads, or people

O-H-I-O Porter greetings!🤩 I remember those cabovers being out on the road when I was a kid. My 1st love was a 1969 K100 Kenworth with the traditional Red,Black,Gold,White scheme.🥰 What a beautiful truck! You showed some wonderful old cabovers! 🤩 Great stuff, especially in color! Cabovers Rule! 🥰🇺🇸✌️

Absolutely. Brings tears to my eyes sometimes. Miss the good ole days. For me the beginning was summer of 1970. Wow has it gone to the dogs.

5:10 My brother worked for Midwest Emory before I didin 1973. Little Audry was yet operating though I only seen their trucks maybe 2 times. I think they might have been leased to or owned by Midwest Emory. Nice memory, thank you for refreshing my memories.

Once again, the bull-nosed cabover Kenworth honking at the Buick towing the travel trailer. Nice one.

7:14 Late 40's International W model "West Coaster", the first of the Emeryville built cabovers. Very few were made.
