Thank you! In our recent annual health checks Mg & Zn levels appeared well below the recommend levels but we're not commented on in the report. No symptoms that you described were present. We eat v low amounts of highly processed food, cooking with all fresh items. I think we'll eat some more fresh nuts. Vit D levels were in the normal range despite ceasing supplements 2 months earlier. I'm grateful for this annual health check here in China which highlighted multiple GIT polyps which were subsequently removed through surgery. All clear thank God. Back in the UK annual health checks are almost unheard of. Here in China our big hospital has an entire department devoted to annual checks.

I am taking one week now BLACKMORES given to me by my Pharmacy > MagMin Magnesium aspartame dihydrate 500 mg equivalent to Magnesium 34.7 mg? I am feeling tired and I feel my depression has got a little higher, I don’t have much energy. Am I taking the right magnesium supplement? I am on a lot of medication for depression and anxiety, would these medication’s interfere with the magnesium I’m taking now. I have watch Dr Mandel on KZbin for a long time, and he says the best one to take is Magnesium SITRATES GLYSONATES Trates which is good for the Brain and is the best one to take.

Thank you for this video! I have heard that different types of magnesium supplements have different absorption rates and different reported health benefits. For example, I am taking magnesium glycinate as it reportedly benefits muscle relaxation. Use it in the evenings to support better sleep. Conversely, I have hear that magnesium oxide is the cheapest form of magnesium supplements and has a low absorption rate. Can you please help sort out which types of magnesium have different uses and qualities? Thanks for this video!

I'm surprised you didn't mention magnesium variants & the blood-brain barrier penetration. Do you not believe the below? Here are the three known ways in which magnesium l-threonate works: 1. Magnesium l-threonate readily crosses the brain’s protective filter, the blood-brain barrier, to get into the brain where it is needed. 2.
