Can we please stop suggesting paladins pick up + crit items like Mish? Yes we get mana refunded from crit, but Classic loot itemization completely over weighs crit on gear compared to its utility or how low +healing is weighted. 1 crit = 9 +healing only in fights where you go completely OOM. And if you’re using mana pots, dark runes, mageblood potion, nightfin soup, downranking spells.... you should never go oom. Also if you’re not going oom the main reason for stacking crit (more Mp5 via crit refunded mana). Also stacking crit makes you think you’d gain big heals from the crit multiplier. This is counterintuitive because if you look at warcraftlogs every single healer in every single raid has anywhere from 30-50% of their heals wasted as over healing. For this reason you don’t want to stack crit. You want more consistent, reliable heals. No matter how you look at it, +healing is by far king. A green L59 “of healing” is better for a paladin.
