I love when people who don't know what the hell they're talking about use to term "Sheeple." Perhaps instead of being ill-informed about things, you learn about it and then make an informed decision. Calling people names to prove a point is childlike behavior but I don't expect much from people who do the name calling. As for this video, it shows accurate information. Herd Immunity is hurting because parents who think they know what's best for their children decide to not vaccinate putting those who are immune compromised (the elder, cancer patients, infants) at risk. There's a reason there's been pertussis outbreaks in quite a few communities. That reason is parents being ill-informed and not vaccinating themselves or their children.

Based on the above evidence, Wakefield concluded that reducing inflammation would help minimise the risk of autism. The most effective way to do this would be to eliminate vaccines altogether, but would cause greater harm than good. As a result, he proposed instead continuing to use vaccines, but acknowledging this was a problem area, so a better solution could be found in the future. In the meantime, he also proposed spreading out injections as much as possible to minimise potential damage.

You can fight inflammation with diet. Most disease is caused by something, the problem with our world is that we don't fight the cause we fight the symptoms or mask them with more chemicals that will cause other issues, never ending cycle of money making health issues. The current medical systems in the world are just a subscription service, there are cures out there for everything but cured we don't make them a profit 🤷🏽‍♀️

I would very much like to see a link to this MIT study. Or any other. As far as I know, there are a very, VERY few cases were vaccines MAY have caused autism LIKE symptoms. These are documented in the "vaccine court" (wikipedia knows) and are typically related to poor handling / storage of vaccines or just random bad interactions. I'm not aware of any other reliable documentation of any link.

i used to work in govt funded biomed research, now am in community health. i am also skeptical about the profit system associated with pharma science, for many of the same reasons as the rest of you. but. there is NO "big money" in vaccines. its why a lot of efficacious vaccines never get marketed. the cost of development, getting through the FDA, and convincing people to use a subsidized product that you only use once or twice is not good business. there are many drugs for chronic that are fundamentally useless and designed to keep you needing more, but vaccines are not one of them. most of you are young and sheltered enough to not see communities where these diseases are still significant killers, but they do exist and their constitutive members would give anything for the cheap, easy access to vaccines that we have.

I don't think we are. Humanity has a great reputation for finding things that do work, but then overusing them to the point where the detrimental affects can outweigh the benefits (a la penicillin, radium etc) There's two extreme views and groups in the argument at the moment. I do not want to argue with anyone on the subject. Let me first make that clear. My opinion is that we need to focus on the environmental factors that are causing these diseases rather than hiding symptoms with vaccines. Let's make the world better by providing awareness about health, nutrition, pollution, and the many other environmental factors associated with declining health. Let's go to the root of the problem instead of arguing our opinions on the subject. Good vibes and peace to all

@Charles Robinson. Common sense? Is that what you're suggesting? Now there's an idea. The problem is that there are those on both sides of this debate, and (regardless of what any of the studies have said or will say), some of those people will never be open-minded enough to possibly change their opinion. There is no wiggle room in their train of thought. Study after study has shown no correlation between Thimerosal and autism, yet we are still spending money on more of the same studies, which ultimately diverts money from other areas which could possibly open up new avenues for research.

For the other side, search "mercola wakefield" above and watch the interview. Wakefield is much more nuanced when you actually listen to him. More about following a more conservative vaccination schedule and doing more research to predict who will react badly before damage is done than anything else. The MMR problem was specific to the vaccine the NHS used, and wait until you hear why.

When I was a kid I was vaccinated one shot at a time spread out over long periods of time. Today it's a cocktail of drugs given all at once at a very young age - no thanks, my kids can get vaccinated the same way I did. And it's not that I trust some actor more than my doctor (my pedi actually sides with me on this issue), it's that I'm skeptical of the people making billions and billions for pushing the whole "get vaccinated with as much as possible as soon as possible" idea.

Have you actually researched this topic before you told someone to do so? Did you think through this whole idea or did you just learn it from someone like you? How do you explain to someone who has a perfectly normal healthy child that gets the vaccine and minutes or even seconds after the shot they become autistic, that "you are an idiot, the papers show that there is no correlation"? This doesn't address any of the primary questions that were initially raised by the anti-vaccination community. The question was never "do vaccines work?" Of course they do, we understand the theory very well. The question asked was "Are we currently applying this technology in the best way possible, and if not,what can we do to improve it?" Humanity has a reputation for finding things that work, then overusing to the point that the detrimental affects can outweigh the benefits (a la penicillin)

Science don't have the right answer always, is the right path of course but you can't blindly trust science. I can't discuss the details here because is not my field, but I want to make my point, which is: not just because it says "it's science" you have to believe it, even if you are the PI of this project you must be very careful, otherwise your research may be biased. Disagree. Despite the fact that the anti-vaccination movement maintains a link between vaccines and autism, multiple peer reviewed studies do not support such a link. This is referred to in the video and in the multiple references. If the notion were truly "improvement" there would be no argument. Likewise, if new data or studies showed such a link there would be no argument. Anti-vaccinationists go further to decline vaccinations for their children, placing others at risk.

There is an old saying that you are what you eat. Today, many more people understand the importance of reading food ingredient labels. We check for chemicals, trans fat and sugar content, whether or not the food has been genetically modified, and how full of vitamins and nutrients the food is before we buy it. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 And yet, when we go to the doctor, how many times do we check the ingredients in the vaccines a doctor recommends? 10 11 By federal law, drug companies selling vaccines in the U.S. must publish information about vaccine ingredients in the manufacturer package insert that comes with vials of vaccines shipped to doctors’ offices, public health clinics and pharmacies. 12 The Centers for Disease Control also publishes a list of vaccine ingredients. 13 Here are some of the ingredients that may be in the vaccines your doctor recommends: live weakened viruses 14 killed bacteria 15 aluminum 16 17 18 mercury 19 20 21 formaldehyde 22 23 24 25 phenol 26 27 28 29 sodium borate 30 31 32 Polysorbate 80 33 34 35 36 Triton x-100 37 38 39 40 Hydrocortisone 41 Sugar 42 43 44 Yeast 45 46 milk and egg protein 47 48 49 50 51 52 virus like protein particles 53 54 55 MSG 56 57 58 Gelatin 59 60 squalene 61 62 antibiotics 63 64 65 66 67 calf serum 68 69 human, animal and insect DNA. 70 71 72 73 74 75 76 77 78 Even though these ingredients in vaccines may be in small amounts, not every ingredient has been adequately tested for negative effects on the brain and immune system. 79 80 81 82 And because every person is unique, with a different genetic 83 and epigenetic heritage, 84 a different microbiome, 85 86 and a different health history, not every person reacts the same way to vaccine ingredients. 87 88 Before you take a risk, find out what it is. It’s your health, your family, your choice.

Some of the arguments on this are very discouraging. Why dont we start with the common ground that we all want whats best for our children, stop the name calling and actually listen to each other. As a parent of two.... I can not dismiss the thousands of testimonials of other parents that say there was an absolute decline in their childrens development after a round of vaccines. I urge anyone and everyone to research Dr Tenpenny, Dr Humphries, and also take the time to listen to some short vlogs entitled "hear this well". You can find them on KZbin. WE ALL LOVE AND WANT WHAT IS BEST FOR OUR CHILDREN!
@ArcanaKnight
@ArcanaKnight 10 жыл бұрын
There's a reason why scientists don't rely on testimonials while politicians, science denialists, and alt-med "miracle cure" peddlers do so almost exclusively; they're unreliable but very persuasive. Wakefield's infamous study is a perfect example of this; he chose to use the parent's memory that symptoms appeared after vaccination despite the fact that in nearly every case their actual medical records proved the symptoms appeared much earlier.
@domdancast2

ArcanaKnight Thanks for the response. What is your take on Dr Thompson omitting data on the MMR vaccine causing a 340 percent increase in autism in african american boys? Have you reviewed Dr. Sherry Tenpenny's research? I Would be thrilled to hear your perspective.
@ArcanaKnight
@ArcanaKnight 10 жыл бұрын
DOMINIC CASTELLUCCI First of all he didn't really. Secondly, it wasn't a 340% increased risk, it was 240%. That entire manufactroversy was pretty much based on Thompson believing Hooker's terrible reanalysis of data from his study. The funny thing is that even if you uncritically choose to accept Hooker's conclusions, it still confirmed that the MMR shot DOESN'T cause autism for anyone who isn't an African American boy. Tenpenny is a germ denier, and calling her a Dr is being somewhat generous. As for her "research" about vaccines, it generally consists of quote mines, cherry picking, pseudoscience, anecdotes, and conspiracy theories. She has never published any research on a related topic herself. I can't really give any more specific a critique without knowing specifically which "research" you're referring to. Generally speaking, if you want reliable info on something, stay away from anyone who's appeared on Alex Jones's show.

***** Sure, we can talk about vaccines. But just a quick recap of how we got here. 1) You thanked me for being a bitch. 2)I responded by saying vaccines don't cause autism 3) you somehow misconstrue my comment as an insult to your English. 4) ***** made fun of you for misspelling smart ass 5) You became so defensive of her comment that you decided to overly embellish your words to sound smart, which still does not make sense even though you practically wrote a novel there. 6) I am wasting my Saturday responding to you So to the vaccines.. I'm honestly curious as to the specifics of your anti-vaccine stance? Do you think some vaccines are okay? is the MMR vaccine specifically the problematic one? Is there a specific additive/preservative that you believe causes autism? What do you think about the unchanged autism rates with the removal of thimerosal? We can definitely have a real discussion if you want.

Could you please back these up by actually pointing to the "bad science" paper that was retracted, ad maybe point out the fraud and conflict of interest part a little? Also I would like to see those dozens of papers that searches for connection between Autism and Vaccination and couldn't find anything, please. I'm asking for these because you must have read them yourself, otherwise you wouldn't show this video to hundreds of thousands of viewers, because that would be misleading, even lying, so you must be pretty confident in what you say. Please help us to understand these scientific results that make you so confident because I couldn't find ANY paper until now that would actually study and compare vaccinated children and control group. I would like to understand this, so I can tell those parents who had their children get autism just seconds after their vaccination, why there is no connection between the two. I would also like to understand why is that all the drugs that go on market have to go through years of testing and why is it different in the case of vaccines, where absolutely no test is necessary. I would also like to know why is it impossible, illegal, prohibited to sew a drug company in vaccine related issues? I have many more questions, but let's just start with the ones that are related to your video. I was expecting a bit more from people who can actually think, like you guys, and I'm very disappointed, but I'm waiting for your response, maybe you can prove me wrong. Maybe you actually understand this whole thing, know all the details and able to name those papers. In case you don't, I will assume, that you made a hasty decision, quick video, without researching this topic and thinking it through and trusted in some popular misleading information and relied only on that. Think about something before you teach it to someone. I assume you don't want to teach them unreliable, inaccurate, improper or false information, is that right? It is very easy to say those words that we all heard in this video, but are you able to back it up? I don't think so, and this means that you are either lying or irresponsible. You can choose by acting!

Everyone SHHH! Oooh look, here we have a wonderful specimen of the soon-to-be-extinct Dipshitus Moronius. Despite humanity's best efforts to help it have a long and enjoyable life, the Dipshitus instead chooses to take health advice from gossip magazines and internet forums. Aw look! He's pronouncing words phonetically! This is how he attracts a mate, and is another reason why this species is dwindling.

Ok Jorge, I was one of your oldest fan ever. U made some comics based on my emails. But in this one, U just apply the "actual method", not the "scientific method". I investigated A LOT after a personnal event, to find the source. I doubted a lot cause I believed the official version was the true one. I won't get a fucking needle inside my body to inject those poisons EVER. And I hope all the ones I love will do the same. The truth is there is tons of publication and a deadly silence, just no public/scientist debate allowed cause the demonstration is overwhelming. I'm so upset about this one, I'm close to cut all links with PHDC.

You need to ask yourself whether you are open to any scientific data on this issue. If you are not, then you are conspiracy theorists, and you're wasting your time here. This video is on the specific relationship between MMR and autism, plus the benefits of vaccination, which are supported by scientific evidence. If you have a specific study to cite, cite it by all means. But don't make assumptions that aren't warranted. Every vaccine must meet standards of safety, and some may slip through the cracks and some may be found to possess serious, perhaps even life threatening side-effects. However, whether a specific vaccine is harmful or not must be based on evidence. Your position is unsupportable based on the best peer-reviewed science we have.

NeuroBriefs lol, "conspiracy theorists". Ok you win your godwin point. German scientists did demonstrate the link you mention years ago. And the vaccins benefits myths are in fact debunked since ages. I made up my opinion 7 years ago, after reading tons of books/articles/reviews of all kinds. Many more, more specialized than I am did it decades ago. It requires time and knowledge to do it the hard way. The disturbing thing about pharmacorp$ (and many many other "official" propagandas) is that true information in every day more accurate/affordable/easy to find/better explained through internet. Your fight for sponsored desinformation is a lost war, get used to it. "Apocalypse" ethymology means "the end of all lies". Internet IS the apocalypse.

NeuroBriefs My own understanding of vaccines has come from 10 years of going through studies, one by one I ticked vaccines off the list each time one showed more harm than benefit, now there are no vaccines left on the list. Well, that's for the first world, in the third world there is a least one vaccine which is still justified.

AtlantisArch Yes, the science shows that vaccines need to be avoided, vaccines are simply a belief based on myth and assumption.

This is a good video. Could you put a list of your citations at the end? One of my frustrations with websites with pseudoscience is that they don't have any citations, just "facts." I know this video is true and is based on real scientific data, but don't fall into the trap of not citing your resources!

Clearly, vaccinations serve a very important role in controlling disease. I am disappointed by this video though as it comes across as propaganda. Despite the benefit of vaccines, the drastic number and accelerated rate at which we now vaccinate is somewhat disturbing. Further, all actual autism links are anecdotal, but that doesn't mean there may not be some genetic predispositions that are onset by the vaccinations. Any controlled study would fail to prove a link if this were the case.

1 The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said, 2 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When anyone among you brings an offering to the Lord, bring as your offering an animal from either the herd or the flock. 3 “‘If the offering is a burnt offering from the herd, you are to offer a male without defect. You must present it at the entrance to the tent of meeting so that it will be acceptable to the Lord. 4 You are to lay your hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on your behalf to make atonement for you. 5 You are to slaughter the young bull before the Lord, and then Aaron’s sons the priests shall bring the blood and splash it against the sides of the altar at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 6 You are to skin the burnt offering and cut it into pieces. 7 The sons of Aaron the priest are to put fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire. 8 Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat, on the wood that is burning on the altar. 9 You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water, and the priest is to burn all of it on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 10 “‘If the offering is a burnt offering from the flock, from either the sheep or the goats, you are to offer a male without defect. 11 You are to slaughter it at the north side of the altar before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar. 12 You are to cut it into pieces, and the priest shall arrange them, including the head and the fat, on the wood that is burning on the altar. 13 You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water, and the priest is to bring all of them and burn them on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 14 “‘If the offering to the Lord is a burnt offering of birds, you are to offer a dove or a young pigeon. 15 The priest shall bring it to the altar, wring off the head and burn it on the altar; its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar. 16 He is to remove the crop and the feathers[a] and throw them down east of the altar where the ashes are. 17 He shall tear it open by the wings, not dividing it completely, and then the priest shall burn it on the wood that is burning on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 2 “‘When anyone brings a grain offering to the Lord, their offering is to be of the finest flour. They are to pour olive oil on it, put incense on it 2 and take it to Aaron’s sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and oil, together with all the incense, and burn this as a memorial[a] portion on the altar, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 3 The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings presented to the Lord. 4 “‘If you bring a grain offering baked in an oven, it is to consist of the finest flour: either thick loaves made without yeast and with olive oil mixed in or thin loaves made without yeast and brushed with olive oil. 5 If your grain offering is prepared on a griddle, it is to be made of the finest flour mixed with oil, and without yeast. 6 Crumble it and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering. 7 If your grain offering is cooked in a pan, it is to be made of the finest flour and some olive oil. 8 Bring the grain offering made of these things to the Lord; present it to the priest, who shall take it to the altar. 9 He shall take out the memorial portion from the grain offering and burn it on the altar as a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 10 The rest of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the food offerings presented to the Lord. 11 “‘Every grain offering you bring to the Lord must be made without yeast, for you are not to burn any yeast or honey in a food offering presented to the Lord. 12 You may bring them to the Lord as an offering of the firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar as a pleasing aroma. 13 Season all your grain offerings with salt. Do not leave the salt of the covenant of your God out of your grain offerings; add salt to all your offerings. 14 “‘If you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the Lord, offer crushed heads of new grain roasted in the fire. 15 Put oil and incense on it; it is a grain offering. 16 The priest shall burn the memorial portion of the crushed grain and the oil, together with all the incense, as a food offering presented to the Lord. 3 “‘If your offering is a fellowship offering, and you offer an animal from the herd, whether male or female, you are to present before the Lord an animal without defect. 2 You are to lay your hand on the head of your offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the tent of meeting. Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash the blood against the sides of the altar. 3 From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: the internal organs and all the fat that is connected to them, 4 both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys. 5 Then Aaron’s sons are to burn it on the altar on top of the burnt offering that is lying on the burning wood; it is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord. 6 “‘If you offer an animal from the flock as a fellowship offering to the Lord, you are to offer a male or female without defect. 7 If you offer a lamb, you are to present it before the Lord, 8 lay your hand on its head and slaughter it in front of the tent of meeting. Then Aaron’s sons shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar. 9 From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: its fat, the entire fat tail cut off close to the backbone, the internal organs and all the fat that is connected to them, 10 both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys. 11 The priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering presented to the Lord. 12 “‘If your offering is a goat, you are to present it before the Lord, 13 lay your hand on its head and slaughter it in front of the tent of meeting. Then Aaron’s sons shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar. 14 From what you offer you are to present this food offering to the Lord: the internal organs and all the fat that is connected to them, 15 both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys. 16 The priest shall burn them on the altar as a food offering, a pleasing aroma. All the fat is the Lord’s. 17 “‘This is a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live: You must not eat any fat or any blood.’”
