@@albanianmuscles6476 Big Ramy seems to be fading, his midsection looks worse than 2020, and his lats seem to be receding up his back, making him look incomplete and looks like he’s missing half his back. His quads lack separation as well. Apart from that amazing size, he’s really one of if not the biggest (proportionally speaking) bodybuilder of all time.

@@valerioscharer4676 you don't need to train to failure for muscle growth. Jay Cutler uses similar training techniques where he never trains to failure, always a couple of reps short. Personally I think Phil’s made incredible changes in his physique with the time off. He looks healthier. He looks like he’s not just chasing size but more so balance. Mass with class. His face looks thinner, his waist for sure and he seems over all much better and to be at a healthier state. I couldn’t even begin to imagine how much competing at his level took a toll on the body over the years. Great work champ looking good.

Impeccable and legendary mind muscle connection Phil has. Most are lost in the sauce, so consumed and obsessed with the numbers and how much weight they push and lift. The weight is just a tool, the number on the side is really irrelevant in regards to muscular development. Genetics alone will never allow anyone to construct the physique Phil possesses. He has the skill, knowledge and mental fortitude that few have. He's one of the GOATS for great reason! #Respect #Salute
