Tons of roids too. A natural shouldn't train with this much volume.
@DannyBlair_2 жыл бұрын
@@mskadwa 75% agree with this but it's not quite that simple. Volume should be based off of individual recovery times, not just whether you're Natural vs. Enhanced. John Meadows had a 20+ min video on this. Experiment on what volume & intensity lets you train the muscle 2x a week. Point being - if a natty can replicate the exact workout in this video and fully recover for the next session in 2-3 days, then that natty should absolutely train with this much volume.

@@DannyBlair_ ya I don’t see any difference in how I trained on cycle and off. I’ve been Natty for years until Saturday when I started trt. Lately I’ve been doing two working sets a rep or two away from failure and then third set I absolutely blast it to failure and drop sets and super sets to failure several times. If I still had a partner I’d do forced reps. When I was going to failure all 3 sets of a particular exercise, I’d be toast halfway through my workout. I made a big comeback this year after my heart got an auto immune disease and I’m left with congestive heart failure and defib pacemaker at 40 but in best shape of my life and now that im fixing my super low test levels im gonna kill it. Already made great gains even with low test. Muscle memory maybe but it’s been years since I was in gym in my 20s. I love hypertrophy theory tho and mens health optimization.
