@boredtodelusionFan yes, but i would buy a another pickguard to put the pickup in so you can keep the original if you wanted to go back.

Phil X nickname should be Shres X! 24/7 he delievers and of all the videos I have watched, I now realize why Phil X is so sought after. He is an all around guitarist. He can play anything! He makes me want a vintage telecaster. When I finish college, I'm visiting, to get a badass guitar from you guys! Phil needs 2 do instructional videos! He has shown me to open my mind to other music styles. I thank him & frettedamericana for having him host your vids! Thanks a million!

Love Phil's take on Will it go round in circles? Spent the last 2 days working out all the bits. Too cool. Think he did it on another video so if anyone remembers which one, let me know. Phil, you both rock & funk. Keep'er lit bro.

Yet another great review of a classic guitar. EXCELLENT sound for the full resistor forward switch position tone. I built an Esquire and could NEVER get that tone bright enough for it to be workable, and I had an ebony fretboard to liven up the strings a bit. It's a hard tone to get right and this Esquire is better than most for it. Great playing by Phil X as usual. Take care guys and thanx for the vid.

One more thing, Phil, "flippin out" from1989 is amazing! You can play anything! You are way underrated. Saw your Bon Jovi solos, fantastic!! You sing and play better than Richie. Sorry Richie. Anways, I never compliment because everybody does that. I'm sure you hear it all the time. I just wanted you to know that you are an inspiration.
