As a coach who just got his master's in Strength and Conditioning, I really appreciate all these videos. Probably the #1 KZbin channel for any coach wanting to improve their knowledge and grow their library of workouts. Pls, keep up the amazing high-level quality content.

Any explosives exercise for people with herniated discs?? I did some burpees and my lower back was hurting some after a couple of hours.
@thebiggestpanda15 ай бұрын
You need to get your glutes and hamstrings flexible while improving core rigidity before introducing explosive movements if you have disk issues.

are their rules or guidelines with regard to where you grip the kettlebell? I notice your strongest wrist position is close to the corner of the handle. Is it a case of “strongest position over central location”?
@ike2k411 ай бұрын
you want to be holding it in the corner when you're going in to rack position, you'll notice they held the centre of the handle whilst doing bottoms up, you'd also do so for farmer carry or any kind of dead lift movement. Loads of guidance on youtube for the basics.

Man your channel is a goldmine. I am from India, and I want to be a strength and conditioning coach just like you. Any idea where can I get started from? I have been following a typical PPL powerlifting/bodybuilding workout program on and off since 4 years, and did some basic calisthenincs prior to that, and I do want to earn myself a certification(s) to break myself into this field
