hey so I'd like to note that hunter being in the emperor's coven is probably more fcked than you think. bc this isn't avatar the last airbender, children here to go to school, have bedtimes and are treated like, well, children, by the adults. Hunter, is only 16 and has been in the emperor's coven for as long as he remembers, which is kind of like the military/government/a mix. he's a child soldier in all aspects possible, and no one in the emperor's coven seems to really care about that. in fact, we don't ever see someone besides belos call him by his name, not even Lilith, who was kind of his rival (again a grown ass woman was beefing with a CHILD over status and power) which was probably intentional and means that they don't even know his name. we even see some of the people from the castle actively disliking and picking on him, mostly for his high position at his "ridiculous" age, which again is just sad. and with the huge information pack that we get from Hollow Mind, this just gets a ton more tragic. SOMEONE PLEASE STEAL HIM FROM BELOS

Apparently that character is a woman, named Hettie Cutburn (revealed by Rebecca Rose on Twitter, who was a KZbinr who ended up working on TOH in later seasons). Curse Disney for cutting TOH short! So many interesting characters and plot threads left unexplored. 😭 (props to Dana and the team for wrapping up the main plot as well as they did in the time they were given though)
