@obliterator deathcon 4 if you put a lot of anything in something, the flavour of it, increases. I'm just trying to say that paprika is one of the most mild spices, and certainly - in my experience anyway - wouldn't be one that people consider spicy, in that it doesn't have any heat, nor does it have an abundance of flavour. But I suppose it comes down to individual taste buds as well. And yes, paprika is one of those spices that works very well in huge quantities. I too put it in my fish mixture

I have my seasoned fish sit in a beer and egg mixture overnight before the frying process. This helps to make the crunch, crunchier and it just makes them taste better.

I went on a fishing trip on Saturday with my brother and two of our friends on Saturday!! Awesome trip!!! In total, we caught 120 white bass, and we were able to keep 54 of them!!! Seeing them get cleaned was so satisfying!!!! I can already smell my fish cooking!!!!

I put anything i flour to fry in the fridge for 15 to 20 min or 5 to 10 min in the freezer. I find that the breading sticks better before you fry things.

I use the same ingredients, but I crack a few eggs to dip the fish in first. I will try it this way next time, never fried fish with out dipping it in eggs first. They look really good.

That looks very very good but one thing.....never flatten your food it does make it carry a little more grease also a great thing my Mommie told me was that when u don't have paper towels sit them on a brown paper bag. And to keep them fully crisp sit the bag underneath a cooling take while the fish rest on it. They will stay extra crispy all the way around. Keep up the great work 😜😊🙃

Yeah, no need for egg unless you LIKE a whole bunch of breading around your fish. I like my fish the way Philly Boy Jay does it cause it comes out thinly crispy. If you want thick breading, then use the egg in your batter.

I never tried pollock filets before. I like frying flounder filets. Then making a fish sandwich with a garlic spread toasted bun in the toaster oven. And some provolone cheese slices. I use McCormicks fish fry breading. If I have lettuce I put that on the sandwich too.

Great vid, brah! I pretty much do the exact same thing with just one slight difference with the foil...I crinkle it up so it creates a "rack" type effect and allows the pieces to continue to drain and not steam each other up... well it works for me anyways. But great video, great method! I just ate before I watched it and I got hungry all over again!!

Looks SO GOOD!!! I don't use a egg wash either when it is most. I think it takes away from the natural taste of the the fish, chicken and pork chops. I love to cook more simply to not cover up the taste of your main course. I grew up in the rural South and was able to get fresh chicken, fish or pork chops. Never frozen and that makes a huge difference. But now a days that isn t the way things are. It's sad because it really makes a difference to how it taste.

Beer batter is the best. The best green beer for cooking is BUDWIESER. Not good for drinking >> but good in cooking! Then a dry coating. I use these 2 the most. Yes equal amounts of flour and corn meal with your seasoning for a dry coating! YUM

I love all your recipes paper towel all you have to do is take a piece of them before you with a 4in poke little holes in it and have it in a splint and looking for some type of that on top of that and it holds its the same thing as having paper tower that's all and keep up the good work I love all your videos
