Hi Phily great video ❤ This is unrelated, but recently in the middle of my last 3 runs I have felt a sloshing sensation in my stomach and ended up having to stop because of a stitch. I have been trying to drink less water and leave time before my run. What is causing this. It is very annoying 😢

You know what it is though? Here in the the States we have over-the-top spectacles everywhere, all the time. The Super Bowl, monster trucks, professional wrestling, insurrections at our Capitol. Just came across your channel the other day and noticed your boyfriend also runs would be great if both of you come up and do great Scottish Run 10K would love to meet you both get you guys on my KZbin channel and see if you could help me spread the word and awareness of trying to get my eyes out restored again so I can run again freely without having to have a running guide and also get back into my Passion of martial arts most of all I do to run into raise awareness and fun so I can have my eyesight restore to see my little boy again he actually got a personal best today running with me at park run as my running guide
