I have added the mounts to a few barrels on EBay. I decided to only tap for two screw mounts on both 3 and 5 inch barrels. And did not bother with milling iron sites into the mount. Take too much work. For now the mount fitted on barrel is 20 bucks more. But I may end up doing this as custom orders later.

@@bbgg2838 Hit range saturday. Last minute thing. Left car at co-workers house. Took his Jeep. My tools were left in my car. So I was unable to site the gun in. Someone there had size to remove rail. So I shot with it irons. Won't forget them again. Try again in two weeks.

No. You need to add a picatinny rail. I normally sell that. But on a minth waiting on my barrel irder from Phoenix. Literaly, just sold last barrel Sunday.

What size picatinny rail did you use on the 3 inch barrel? Is it a 3/3 dovetail to picatinny adaptor?

It's 4 rails on the 3 inch. It's not an dovetail adaptor. I thought of trying that. But this is the rail from a shotgun flashlight mount. It come attached to a 1inch od mount. Ment for the shotgun feeding tube. It has a grove 0.28 wide/0.125 deep. The barrel sleave site mount is 0.25/0.125. Almost perfect fit.

The barrels do not get drilled. The barrel housing surrounding the barrel does. Housing holds the rail. And yes, hits the mark.

Well. According to EBay. I sold 6 barrels a week, average. All last year. One hour per barrel ofwork, on day off, at $40 profit. Do the math, and see what happened.

That is a picitinny rail i add to the barrel housing. For small red dots. If your can is over 1.12 OD. It will cover your site picture. Usefull for those using a 9mm can on thier 22lr/25acp.
