Good day. I do not have a pre-qual letter from the bank because I have the money in my account. I do however have an eligibility letter. Should I upload it in the slot that says upload pre-qual letter from bank?

Yes. prequalification/eligibility/preapproval loaded in that slot.

Hi There, Thanks for the info on this Gore Development projects. It is now February and as we check out the website there is still no place to "create an account, "join mailing list" "click to apply now", 'no email' to contact them and no "800 number for those living abroad to call. Do you have any info that you can share regarding this? Thanks

Great question! What usually happens is that once units are up for sale, they would have the option to apply. Currently, there is none for sales as they have just launched Phoenix 2 phases 1&2. They are going to have phase 3. On their website they say to check back regularly as they will make the announcement there. We will definitely try to keep you posted. Ensure you subscribe and have that notification bell on.

If I were you I would save it as one file the (NHT+ bank) as some uploads dont allow more than one document.

Yes, because once you sign the sales agreement you have to pay the deposit. Mortgage usually pays out at the end of the transaction.

If you apply with your partner and both of you gets 6.5x2 =13mil. The difference would be 1.5 and yes the deposit/down payment gets deducted from that 1.5 but you’ll need the closing cost separately. So assuming that you and your partner gets the 13mil from NHT you would need atleast 1.7 in your statement. Hope this answers your question
