Joshua Channell It's understandable really. Nonphysical copies of more niche oriented games (which ace attorney being almost entirely text based is) or less popular franchises can be sold cheaper since there's no hardware cost involved. That in turn increases demand, helping to popularise the game. It's pretty much why Capcom made the digital remaster of the first three games to, because although ace attorney is popular to a niche, capcom were attempting to find a way to open it up to a broader audience, especially since dual destinies turned out so popular, also because given dialogue for the games already exists they were easy to produce on the new engine.

Honestly, though, I think if it comes down to a choice of getting the game digital-only or not getting it at all, I'll take digital-only gladly. And hey, it's going to be $10 cheaper than a standard 3DS title, and it has as much content as one, so that's a plus.

Oh Gott..... Und wenn du Englisch kannst dann spiel es doch auf Englisch? Auf Deutsch hat es einfach ein total anderes, ein fast falsches Feeling... z.B. feelthesarcasm Listen man. I'm not saying it hasn't been a factor before, I'm just saying that this is a bit much. Like, the first Ace Attorney had a few psychic moments but they were small for the most part. And I'm pretty sure Ace Attorney Investigations had no psychic or magical elements at all. I know Apollo Justice had his abilities, but it was kind of a Mentalist or Lie to Me thing, not entirely a magic thing. In fact Apollo Justice had actual magicians who were just as real as real life magicians; further attesting to the idea that magic isn't entirely real. I'm just saying that the idea of an Ace Attorney game that puts a bigger focus on the supernatural just comes off as silly to me.
