Thank you!! I thought it was because of my impression dome coming off the hearing aid piece but I swapped it and I knew it was the hearing aid part,I did this and it works perfectly again! Saves me a trip to my audiologist clinic :)

You saved me a 15 mile drive to my audiologist! The left one was fully charged and now, the right one (which was not lighting) is blinking yellow after resetting, so I know it needs a little more time to fully recharge. Thank you!

I have new hearing aids only the right one works the left one is dead. It is charging. I’m wondering what I can do. I cleaned out the air replace the rubber part that goes in your ear and that all looks good so any ideas and thank you

Hi, Heather .... I tried it, and when I put it back into the Charger... it Flashed Green for 1 Second, and it just turned SOLID "RED". It's the Left one! ... the Right one seems to work fine, and charges fine. Any assistance is most appreciated. Thanks

When you do a factory reset on a phone, you loose your settings and have to start over. Is that the case here? Will I need to go have my hearing aid reprogrammed?

Yes. On mine, it doesn't clear programming. To reboot/reset: Holding bottom button down for 30 sec. This is like a full power down. Test to make sure it is shut off by pressing down button for a few seconds to make sure it doesn't boot up Place on charger for a few seconds. This will start the boot up. Then remove from charger. @@helenrawstron

This could have to do with how you are accessing your phone calls; please consult your audiologists. You can reach out by phone or email and they will be happy to assist

The batteries are flat and need replacing or charging if rechargeable.
