Making cool visuals on element3d. Or, That pop art texture rotoscoping effect that they use in music videos or transitions. For reference take the second part of "MINE ALL DAY" by pewdiepie.

this was great just wished you would explain the details a bit more like how to get the background to loop
@GrantMFletcher3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! I will plan to make a tutorial about looping in the future. By "background" I assume you mean the paper texture? The only other backgrounds in this are solid colours. You can see how I looped that at 01:42 Hope that helps!
@Yes-xn8du3 жыл бұрын
@@GrantMFletcher yeah I meant the paper loop. I was following along with my own version trying to do things the same as you, but for whatever reason I had so many complications doing so that decided to just use brute force and export the clip and slow it down haha. ty for the tutorial regardless it was still helpful

This is amazing! Thank you for this tutorial! How did you make the 3D object? Is a full imported 3D object or an mp4 of something made in a 3D software?
@GrantMFletcher4 жыл бұрын
I used Element 3D by Video Copilot inside of After Effects. One of my only 2 non-native plug-ins.😎

How did you animate the 4 skulls rotating? I am trying to figure it out and it's stunning how you accomplished it!
@GrantMFletcher Жыл бұрын
I made it using Element 3D from Video Copilot. It's what allows me to do all of my 3D work inside of After Effects. Then I simply found a skull model and done. You can actually buy that loop here: seeingsoundsvisuals.com/shop/alpha

theres a film called "cleaners" (2019) thats entirely on photocopy! as in every frame was printed in black and white xerox machine and then scanned back to digital. this has nothing to do with the video, i just thought i'd share this ;))

Are the files in the Rattle Pack editable? In other words, if I buy the Rattle Pack and I want to edit the "LIVE" to say something else, is that possible? I love the loops in the pack but I'm not sure I want to buy the pack if I can't edit the words. Thanks!
@GrantMFletcher3 жыл бұрын
Seeing Sounds packs are not project files: they are built to be plug-and-play primarily for live events. So sadly the text based assets are not directly editable but hopefully with this tutorial you can nail the look for yourself!
