Kristen Kurie is a PT with Westside Physical Therapy and NYCB, who also happens to be one of my really good friends! I thought during a time where dancers don't have access to real studios and classes, there must be some things we can supplement with PT exercises in the meantime. We focus on how to keep your hips well-balanced, discuss how to deal with a leg length difference, work on keeping the feet strong without much time in pointe shoes, and exercises to supplement the strength required for big jumps.
