Q1-if temp. increases intermolecular seperation increases ..how does that lead to decrease in restoring force.....(why can't we use F= -kx here )...... Q2- Why is it so that with increase in temperature E(elasticity) generally decreases ..not always?

In most of general material as temperature increases and inter molecular separation increases... the electrostatic force between the molecules decrease which is the main cause of elasticity... and upto hooke's limit you can use F=-kx... that we have explained in the video of Hooke's Law...

sir in previous video u said that higher the value of E more is elasticity so how it 2 spring stiffer it has higher E ?

+shashank jain more elasticity implies less deformation by more force and body fully regains its shape back... that means higher elastic body stores more energy in less deformation of body... so always higher elastic body will be stiffer...
