7:24 Ma'am why will be the antagonist less inhibited as dopamine is inhibiting the indirect pathway. So won't dopamine deficiency lead to increased activity of indirect pathway (which inhibit antagonist)?

Yeah good one…that’s not very clear..it is said that imbalance of acetylcholine and dopamine may be involved
