Love your channel! It's been really helpful in my revision before my next placement! Are you planning to make an T-spine assessment videos (including assessing rib movement, scoliosis, etc)? That would be awesome. Keep up the great work!

Hey Guys! :D Great video again :) Can you talk about great lumbar stabilization exercises? It would be nice to see some evidence based examples of exercises from easy/novice to advanced/demanding. Thanks to both of you & keep up the good work :)

Plz make video on treatment of thoracic instability...my all vertabre are cracking I have lots of being on thoracic region and burning tingling pain going from thoracic region to the sternum level I have tried all kind of physical therapist but they can't seem to figure it out
@Physiotutors5 жыл бұрын
Instability is not really a thing that reflects the vertebral spine properly. Most thoracic spines are stiff and cracking isn't a sign of instability. We will soon release mobility and strengthening exercises for the thoracic spine that might benefit you!

I get what locking is, but what the heck does catching of the back mean???? Also, frequent bouts or episodes of symptoms, how much is frequent? having it now and 1 time before that was 2 years ago? Or is once very 4 months frequent enough? It's too vague.
@Physiotutors6 жыл бұрын
There is no exact definition given for these terms. Catching and locking are kind of synonymous in our opinion. Frequent in our experience is several episodes of back pain in the last 1-2 years. But agree, it's very vague!

My left leg muscles are weaker and smaller than right is it because of spine?
@Physiotutors7 жыл бұрын
Doesn't sound very probable. It's pretty normal to have one stronger leg.
