Saivam is the ancient religion of the Tamils and Thirumal and Murugan the primary gods . Mayon Seyon Kotravai Senon and Kadalon were the gods relating to the four vegetation types . .Temples in TN were constructed by Tamil kings . The Native language should be the language of puja . But the temples were taken over by stealth by the Brahmins who are foreigners to this land . They have introduced Sanskrit as the language of puja . The DMK has righted the wrong through a law . Christianity and Islam are world religions which originated in other Asiatic countries . Christians world over worship in their Native languages and Muslims worship in Arabic , in the language of the land of the land of origin of Islam . Above all , Tamils want Tamil to be the Language of Worship in Tamil Temples in Tamilnadu. It is unreasonable to demand that Tamil should be the language of worship in Mosques . If the Muslims demand it then TN Govt may pass a legislation .

Can the Govt Take the moneys of Churches and Mosques? The Govt uses Temple money for Hugh pilgrimage and to go to Jerusalam pilgrimage? Hence We Hindus demand for the Formation of a Board to manageHindu Temples with Adheenams Jeeyars Achariars asBoard Directors without Govt Control in any manner and with the Help of Lawers and Auditors. The Justice party officially the south indian liberation foundation was a political party in the madras presidency of british india.,started by C.Natesa mudaliar,T.MNair and Theagaraya chetty on 20.11.1916.,mainly due to the caste prejudices and disproportionate brahmin reprrsentation in govt.jobs.During its early years this party was involved in petitioning the imperial administration demanding more representation to nonbrahmins.That the british empire appointed brahmins obviously on merits and not because of their brahminical nature.And therefore the grouse if any should have been against the british govt,which govt this party was supporting and not against the brahmins who were the servants and not the masters.And therefore this party as well as its offshoot DK have misdirected the move against the brahmins for no fault of theirs.That the brahmins were able to excel in their duties sincerely and honestly which attracted the britishers is a different issue.

I would like to make a slight correction sir. The Brahmins were amongst the first castes to have a Western education. They were a landless ,somewhat poor community unlike landowning other upper castes. This enabled them to get coveted employment, & a sort of modernisation/sophistication under the British. This shld explain the high nos of professional Brahmins in the colonial govt. Many other castes being rural/agricultural did not access Western education until much later. This shld also explain the stereotype/belief that Brahmins are intelligent/ hardworking. But i would also add that Tamil Brahmins because of their early access to education, lack of reservation& other challenges continue to bring glory to Tamil.
