Three hours of research lead me to this video. I will be buying this horn kit on Amazon promptly. Got a ford explorer with one of the tones broken and it sounds like a freaking geo metro right now.

Great video, horns are never discussed or modified!!!!

These are great sounding horns. Due to numerous bad drivers and poor traffic-law implementation in my city, I installed two pairs of these on my truck. Pedestrians and other cars would surely hear this and avoid any collisions.

Kiddomike Nice, I'm sure they sound fitting on a truck. I've taken some people by surprise with these horns, they do sound great. I'm very happy with them. PIAA makes some good stuff.

I just did this to my charger it's the exact same as the challenger I'm very happy with how they sound

Thanks for this. Want to buy a 150db train horn for my Scat pack and wasnt sure where the stock ones were located. Funny ive had those covers off to install my Hellcat Airbox and never noticed them.. To my surprise FL law is written in a way that a train horn could he illegal. F it. My exhaust already is. This thing is 18 inches long. I def won't be mounting it facing forward 😂

Did you do a rear strut tower brace? I was STUNNED by what a difference it made on my 2010 R/T.
@mhtube016 жыл бұрын
Oh really? I did not do that, just the front and that made a big difference. How much trunk room did you lose by putting a rear one in?

what's that rattling noise?
@mhtube018 жыл бұрын
Gabriel Telles Rattling? Where in the video do you hear that?
@gabrieltelles5718 жыл бұрын
while the car is running when you open the hood.
@mhtube018 жыл бұрын
Gabriel Telles The engine wasn't running when u opened the good but if you're referring to the crackling, it's the engine cooling off. All engines make that noise when you shut them off, perfectly normal.
@gabrieltelles5718 жыл бұрын
I am very familiar with the noise when it cools off, never heard it like that. Sure sounds like it was still running.
@mhtube018 жыл бұрын
Gabriel Telles Nope, watch it again cause I started it up to turn it around and then shut it off before I opened the hood. If it was still running you definitely would have heard it.

Sounds like wasted money to me. It wasn’t much difference.
@mhtube012 жыл бұрын
The difference isn't in volume, it's sound. There was a big difference in the sound of the horns and you're in denial I'd you can't hear it. The PIAA horns were also a bit louder than the stock horn.
