Hey guys! Seems like the Crit Rate on Changli's weapon is mistranslated and it instead gives 12% ATK So it should be a Crit DMG scaling SWORD* that gives 12/15/18/21/24% ATK based on weapon rank, along with the passive of, "Upon dealing damage, increases [Searing Feather] by 1 stack, gaining 1 stack every 0.5s. When Resonance Skill is released, increases [Searing Feather] by an extra 5 stacks. Each stack of [Searing Feather] increases Resonance Skill DMG Bonus by 4%, stacking up to 14 times. After reaching 14 stacks of [Searing Feather], all stacks will reset within 10s." Sorry for any confusion, and thanks to everyone that brought it to my attention!

What if you already have the standard 5* sword. I’m going to hit UL 45 today most likely and I already have Emerald of Genesis, Stringmaster, and the BP rectifier Augment. Since you can swap weapons around easily I don’t think I should pick up two copies of the sword, and I already have good rectifiers. I don’t currently play any broadblade or pistol characters much, but since the pistols have a crit stat I’ve considered grabbing them. (I don’t have Mortefi)

I think pistols are a great pick, but there's no problem just holding the box until you have a unit that needs it in case something changes for you in the future!

Yeah I gotta say I'm pretty torn apart right now. Definitely gonna be rolling on a guaranteed banner until I get a broadblade for my Calcharo, but the box... I'll probably go with the sword. It's just so good and universal, even tho I don't play any sword character right now.

I got the 5 star gun for my Chixia from the weapon banner and I don't know which free 5 star weapon I should take 😢 I play mainly Rover, Calcharo and Chixia so I am undecided between Rover and Calcharo

Ooo that's a hard one - grats on the pistol first of all! Between rover and calcharo, I'd say try holding onto the box for another week or two until patch 1.1 hits. Spoilers below: . . . . . . . We're supposedly getting Electro Rover next, and if you like him, having a good weapon to use could come in clutch! Plus with rover, the sword gets value from every element he gains over time :D

Im just picking razor to make it rank 2 for my C1 calcharo, already have yinlin with her sig. Weapon and varina with variation, all F2P, i think that to having pulled 4 5* characters (1 was from the free voucher) and 2 5* weapons plus the lvl 45 chest coming and still have a lot of astrite to get from world exploration, this game is amazing! And i wouldn't mind opening my wallet in rare occasions if needed because the game is pretty generous

I feel the same way, Kuro Games is treating the playerbase well, so I don't have any qualms supporting them here and there. Huge congrats on your team, especially as a F2P player - it's the same setup I got on my 2nd account and works so well! I'm pretty sure Lustrous Razor was basically made for Calcharo, so I think increasing his strength isn't a bad call if you love the character.

Already got the sword pulling on the banner and my calcharo is using the broadblade from the bp, so I think I'll pick the cosmic ripples for Yinlin since I don't have a 4 star rectifier for her. If I get stringmaster in a future rerun I'll give cosmic ripples to encore or verina

Not a bad plan - I haven't pulled yet on my main account apart from the free pulls, so I don't have a lot of weapon options and it's been rather painful T_T

@@bNaturalGaming Yeah, I feel like the game is lacking some variety of good free 4 stars rectifiers and gauntlets compared to swords. Or maybe I just didn't get luck with those weapons on my pulls. I hope they add more craftable options in the future

My plan is probably the sword. I use Havoc MC a lot and they will have every element in the future so if they keep making MC strong she will be used a lot. Also figure lots of sword characters will come out later on that I might want and my Danjin is s5 so if i build her, she can also use that. I do plan on pulling Jinshi so it wont help her but Im planning on using the bp on her. But my second target might be the broadblade as i dont have a Morti so the gun is useless for now and Jinshi will probably be my strongest dps for a while. Im definitely using my standard banner currency on the weapon banner and hoping that I can pick up Calcharo or Encore down the line in a lost 50 50. Hopefully i dont lose any but they wouldnt be a bad constellation prize lol

good video! what if im not certain if im going to get the autumtrace to tier 5? should i still get it even if its going to stay t1 or would u recommend me lustrous for that case? calcharo main player with yinlin and verina atm, all 3 got bad weapons tbh, yinlin using only 4 star weapon in my roster with variation on her

If you're not planning to R5 Autumntrace and you're a Calcharo main, I think Lustrous Razor is a fine choice to consider! I got it for my Calcharo on my 2nd account :D

@@bNaturalGaming i went with autumtrace and tried pulling yinlins weapon and got jhinzou keeper instead, now put it on t2 and maxed it for my level, so i kept my pulls for a future crit rate weapon, ty for the help :)

Considering unlike Genshin you can swap weapons around in tower if you have something like Calcharo + Jiyan like me, the lustrous razor provides insane value as you can just do one side with it give it to your other dps and do both sides with a 5 star weapon so Im taking that

Yeah I love that you can swap weapons between sides, makes gearing out your team significantly cheaper, and weapons are not bad considerations for pulling

Alr have verdant and autumn for my jiyan and sephiroth but im still on the fence on getting lustrous. The energy regen and res lib dmg is too enticing lol and my rover still aint properly built if i choose the sword... 🤔

Yeah it's a hard call, I ended up getting lustrous for my sephiroth because like you said, the energy regen is so perfect on him to free up some stats

Well I've got a s6 mortife so the smart thing would be to get him the weapon but I'm not even building him right now lol. Maybe I'll wait to make sure I can get jinshi weapon before I use it as a worst case scenario though.

I got pretty lucky with my standard pulls, getting through all of the character selection banners very early on. Managed to pull Jianxin, Verina and Encore(selector ticket). I then managed to pull both the Gun and the Sword very quickly from the weapon banner before even reaching level 40. So I will personally be holding onto the box as a "just in case" for the time being. The battlepass weapon Augment for Encore is plenty good compared to Cosmic Ripple while being much easier to build a balanced crit ratio.

Yeah Changli's weapon is now atk% based on the sub stat. No longer crit.

Yup, it brings more nuance to the choice of the weapon. Without any type of crit rate given, you need to rely heavily on good crit rate rolls on your echoes. Especially since you can't use food for the tower.
