Pickleball, a popular and fast-paced sport, is a great way to have fun and stay active. However, before diving into the game, it's essential to remember the importance of warm-up exercises. These beginner friendly dynamic stretches will loosen up your muscles, thus play a a critical role in injury prevention. Warming up gradually increases your heart rate, making your muscles more elastic, reducing the risk of strains, sprains, and other injuries during the game.
Besides being a pickle-ball warm-up, you can do these moves prior to any multi-directional cardio exercise or sport. Do these dynamic stretches if you just want to get your body moving regardless if you're playing a sport or not! 9 minutes is all it takes!!
