Sadia you're such a treat! I love how creative and upbeat you are! I have a dietetics question if you're able to answer (I didn’t know where to really ask!). I saw on the British Heart Foundation's site that they said some foods despite being vegetable based will be too high in fat or salt to count as one of your 5 a day. Is this true? I was under the impression that while not ideal to have heavily salted foods, salt and fat were their own nutrition statistics to track, not that it would negate the status of other foods entirely.
