The peanut stir fry is one of my favourite recipes now. I find myself in class craving it, and since I bought ingredients for it that I dont usually have, I have started using them in other dishes as well, making them more spicy and generally better! Thanks Sadia!!!!

I really appreciate the simplicity of the preparation. I am not vegan, or vegetarian even, but I do cook a lot of vegeterian meals. It is easy to follow, production is great, your presentation is wonderful and as someone mentioned before, it is one of the best channels on KZbin.

Just made the peanut veggie noodle stir fry and it was great! Used Rice Ramen noodles from Costco but no other subs. Great recipe that made us feel full, but not heavy from making poor choices. Fulfilling!

Try swapping crumbled tofu for the feta. More calcium and protein and you avoid those nasty animal proteins that harm recovery from exercise.

Hello Sadia! I was never very close to KZbin world, even though my daughter has also a channel and is doing great, but one day I decided to experiment and found very interesting topics! For a couple of months I follow you and I adore your channel, it is my favorite and today I prepared one of your recipes (chickpeas, mushrooms and curry). I only eat fish (for now) and vegetables and I am very interested in minimalism, zero waste, diets, etc so I am learning a lot and I am starting my journey. I find your videos very inspiring. Hey Sadia, I'm new to veganism and this plant based lifestyle and while I sometimes find hard to keep up but your recipes are really great. The thing is I love wraps but you only have 2 or 3 wrap recipes and as I'm in college wraps are easy to make and also pretty good leftovers to take with you on the go. So can you please give more wrap recipes. I especially loved your lentil and avocado wrap.❤️

My husband loves to open the fridge and see something to eat straight away without having to wait for something to be cooked. All of these recipes look and sound beautiful, and would be perfect for that. Just need to get some good sized glass food containers for the fridge. @@yes2542 the best way to destroy your skin barrier is to diy skincare, as someone who has suffered acne in the past, and now is very passionate about skincare, nothing annoys me more than people thinking their dyi pinterest masks are helping out, i don't support non cruelty free cosmetics, however just bc something is vegan don't mean it's better, mica is used in so many cosmetics and is mined by children by slave labour, just because it says vegan and cruelty free, doesn't mean it actually is

We made the mushroom spinach curry and it was out of this world 😍 I added bamboo shoots, white pepper, and lots of kosher salt. It’s one of our favorite dishes now! If you like your veggies softer, cover the pot while it cooks. Also, take it off the heat and let all the flavors come together before diving in for at least 5 minutes.

Made the Peanut veggie noodle stir-fry just now and it was so quick and yummy! only i didn't taste any of the peanut in the sauce and it was way too spicy with 1 tbsp of siracha :D next time (there will def. be a next time) ill make it a little different :) Thank you for the inspiration.
