I actually don't think that he is that shy. He is a very calm and passionate person. Check out his part of the video on his channel where HE talks all the time, so no worries. Also, I've seen him talk lots when there are other people in his videos, I think he's got a very clear vision of what he wants to do and say.

Both of these meals look so yummy! Thank you for posting quick recipes. I’ve had 4 low back surgeries and I’m still recovering from my last one. I’ve mostly been cooking unhealthy meals that I can put on the stove with no prep and can just walk away from. I’ve never been so heavy in my life and I hate it. Plus I’m exhausted all the time and I know some oof it is the pain and insomnia. But I just never have any energy. No nutritionist in my dinky ass town takes my state insurance so I’m on my own to try and figure this stuff out. Thank you so much for making videos and sharing your knowledge.
