I see you have the quest 2 also ... if you wouldnt mind could you: Compare the Pico 4 to the quest 2 in terms of weight on your head, the controllers and accuracy, the picture (resolution/colors etc), also using wifi compared to the quest 2 cable connection, pico 4's software as far as games and using the steam store or virtual desktop (if this is added yet), the sound to each ... you are one of the first ones to get the pico 4 so hence all the questions (hope you dont mind). Comparing it to the quest 2 will probably generate lots of interest since those are the only 2 decently priced headsets atm out there. ty

Some things I'd like to know: 1 - How loud are the cooling fans? 2 - Is the headstrap permanently attached to the headset - no option for aftermarket headstraps, and if it breaks the whole headset has to be replaced? 3 - How is wireless PCVR using Virtual Desktop? 4 - Does the USB-C port support wired PCVR?

@@3dsgirl09 there are a lot of other games i am aware of that are missing. There are pretty much no AAA games on it, doesnt even have VRchat. Mostly just crappy games that are either rip offs of more popular vr titles, or B-C tier offerings. The pico store has a little over a hundred games, while the quest store has around 350 on the main store and 850 on app lab. That is miles apart.

Thanks for the video. I just got my Pico too, and managed to take off tons of these stickers. But what bugs me, the manual clearly says to remove stickers from the front cameraS too (note the plural!). I mean, all of us will take off the large sticker on the front plastic, but I don't see any stickers on each of other 4 cameras. I even tried to gently peel it off, but stopped doing it as I didn't want to scratch the outer protective layer of camera lenses. Sure I can leave everything as it is, but I don't want to have tracking issues later; that's my only concern. So are there any stickers there, or does the manual have a typo? Or am I simply dumb enough trying to peel off what actually isn't there? :)

Since the Pico L. 3 was able to play all my SteamVR games (definitely with custom controls), I'd say yes. It just depends if you'd like to play wireless or wired PCVR.

It has its own built-in wireless PCVR support, but Virtual Desktop will work much better. So no, not required, but definitely worth the purchase.

It is the same like the Quest 2, you can use it wired and wireless but both is compressed. If you want real uncompressed picture you have to buy and use the Pico Neo 3 Link with a real display port cable!

No. The pico 4 has very few games and its own proprietary store. Its not worth buying. Just stick with your quest 2
