Lest anyone doubts this man’s sincerity. I accompanied Dr. Sultan in Gaza as an Anesthesiologist, we affectionately call him Juni bhai. He worked himself literally into the ground helping in Gaza. He stayed overnight at the hospital on the last night and continued working to the point where he fell unconscious, laid out on the OR floor from exhaustion, we revived him and had to fluid resuscitate him to get him back on his feet. He is an inspiration. May Allah accept his dedication to humanity and I pray for this human tragedy to end.

I’m just constantly outraged at the world that are turning away from the fact that medical professionals are being targeted, it’s reprehensible really!!! I know that my colleagues are exhausted and mentally, physically and emotionally drained after a long shift and that is in an American hospital!!!!! How on earth are these people who have taken an oath to save lives and who even my own patients that I interact with even briefly are desperate to get seen and hope to get seen by someone who is not drained. Hamas uses hospitals as bases because they're safe under international law because Israel is not a terrorist so it obeys the law. Therefore, some of the doctors in the hospitals are Hamas operatives. These doctors are terrorists.They're not attacked because they're doctors, they're attacked because they have a bloody rifle in their hands and they're breaking the intetnational law. Now, I think I can safely assume 99% of the hospitals in America do not harbor mass murderers and terrorists, so I don't understand how you can compare your coworkers to monsters - and I hope now you can understand your mistake doing so. The discussion in this war is absurd. First. Israel acted selflessly to live in peace with the Palestinians in Gaza. It was more than a decade ago when Israel itself ordered Israeli citizens who had lived there for decades to literally leave their homes. The first thing the Palestinians did in return was to elect a government that enshrined the goal of destroying Israel in the constitution. The elected government followed through with its promise. Since its founding, thousands of rockets have flown into Israeli settlement areas. Dozens of civilians died in terrorist attacks. Millions of aid funds - intended for civilian institutions - were misused to sponsor this terrorism. October 7th was just what Humus had been doing for years. Secondly. Israel behaved more humanely in this conflict than any other conceivable party in any imaginable conflict. It allowed Palestinians to work in Israel, receive medical care or even migrate to Israel. During war, they warn civilians where their military is operating. They admit collateral damage and apologize for it. The situation is clear. In no other conflict the responsibility for the suffering has been so one sided and clear - in no other conflict have the perpetrators been held accountable so weakly. People with voice and power who claim to reject war and the nature of war have a duty to unequivocally name the culprit of this war and do everything in their power to eliminate them. Everything else is responsibility for the resulting suffering and is as history has proved continuing this madness.

You don't realise that Hamas puts the Gazans in harm's way on purpose! Hamas uses them as pawns, as tools for its strategy to pressure Israel. Hamas wants Gazans to suffer. Hamas could have ended their suffering long ago. Hamas doen't allow them to stay in the underground tunnels. They would be safe there. Hamas is evil to Gazans, not only to Israelis. The war could have ended months ago if Hamas would have returned the hostages and surrendered, but Hamas wants to keep its power and gain tons of money. That is all it is interested in, and it happily sacrifices other Gazan's children for that, not their own....
